Frequently asked questions

  • We offer multiple tour times each day to help accommodate several cruise ships in port at the same time. If you have any questions concerning which tour slot will work for your schedule, we highly recommend you contact us at (907) 738-4123 so we can help you choose the correct time for your schedule. Guests are responsible for ensuring their selected tour coincides with their cruise ship schedule.

Guests will receive a full refund in the event that their cruise ship does not dock in port. If the ship is late, we will work to reschedule tour times to accommodate. If this is the case, please call us at (907) 738-4123 and we will give you the updated tour times. If your call will not go through, try texting. If the tour is canceled by the operator for any reason the customer will be refunded in full or they may reschedule (we have never cancelled a tour). If guests are more than 5 minutes late or are no-shows, the tour will depart without them and they will be charged the full price. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate our guests.
